The TCRT5000 Infrared (IR) Reflective Sensor Module is a proximity and line-tracking sensor designed to detect objects and surface reflectivity using an infrared emitter and phototransistor. It provides both digital and analog outputs, with adjustable sensitivity via an onboard potentiometer. The module is widely used in line-following robots, object detection, speed measurement, position sensing, and industrial automation. It is compatible with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller platforms.
